I must have had the worst luck

Bought four refurbished windforce 7950s a long time ago, one was completely dead on arrival, other two had issues

bought two r9 280x off ebay from the same vendor, he had good ratings, but within months they keep crashing in video games.

so when people say “buy used gpus!” i cannot help but be skeptical from my experience
