So I was wondering…can you take a PCIE Y-Split Cable (8pin to 2 8-6pin) cable and add a PCIE Splitter to both ends in order to power a total of 4 Risers? I added a link to a diagram to clarify the question.
Background: I have a 1300 PSU with only 6 VGA PCIE outlets. I am using all the outlets to power 4 GPUs (5700 XTs) and 4 risers. I want to add 2 more GPUs to the PSU.
