Just a few days ago one of my Vega 64’s stopped working on Simple Mining OS and so I took it apart, cleaned it and checked all cables and also flipped the BIOS switch to see if that would make a difference with no luck.

Inside Windows the GPU will not initialize and will show a code 43 error, if I disable and reneabled the card in the Device Manager the card will say it’s working for a few seconds and then will show another error 43. Is this card dead? Or is there additional troubleshooting I can accomplish? I have swapped out risers, power cables and OS’s so I’m fairly certain that this card is only good as a display model now. Hoping that someone can give me some additional troubleshooting tips.
